30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All monthly subscription plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, contact us and we will issue a full refund of your first month's payment — no questions asked.
Monthly Subscriptions
After the initial 30-day guarantee period, monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. No refunds are issued for partial months. Your service continues until the end of the current billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
One-Time Services
For one-time projects (website design, audits, sponsored content), refund eligibility depends on project stage. If work has not begun, you receive a full refund. If work is in progress (less than 50% complete), you receive a 50% refund. If work is substantially complete (over 50%), no refund is available, but we will work with you to ensure satisfaction.
Advertising Spend
Advertising spend paid directly to platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is non-refundable through Addrilo, as these payments go directly to third-party platforms. Refund requests for ad spend must be directed to the respective platform.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@addrilo.com with your account details and reason for the request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving issues and will work with you to find a fair solution before any refund is processed.
